Currently a Doctoral Researcher at Loughborough University investigating how Facebook has impacted Philippine democracy.

Graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts with a minor in writing from the University of the Philippines Los Banos (cum laude). Finished my masters on Media and International Development at the University of East Anglia (merit) in 2018.

Finalist of the Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines in 2011. Named by The Guardian as one of the young climate campaigners to watch before the UN’s Paris Summit in 2015. Recipient of Chevening scholarship in 2017.

I have over ten years of work experience with different non-profit and research organisations offering expertise on communications strategies and campaigns.
